Savoy

This stylish conference centre is the ideal space for intimate meetings or events. It can be used separately or combined with neighbouring Kingston or Raffles venues to create an ample event space or multiple break-out rooms. This venue features state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, including a built-in data projector and screen and individually controlled lighting, heating, and cooling.

Ross Flinders

A versatile venue perfect for hosting small professional gatherings like meetings, workshops, seminars, and presentations. This dynamic space seamlessly connects to the vibrant Palmer Collective pool area and the stylish Palmer Bar & Kitchen, offering an inspiring setting for productivity and networking.

Poolside Boardroom

The poolside boardroom is different from your typical Townsville boardroom. This modern room features a large custom board table, stylish window shutters, state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, and kitchen facilities. Therefore, the poolside room has you covered whether you're holding an important meeting or an intimate private dining event.

Grand Ballroom

The Southbank Grand Ballroom is our largest event space and the most sought-after. This stunning venue is grand in appearance and amenities, with private street entry, a fully equipped private bar, a breathtaking entrance lobby, and classic features. This venue can be divided into three separate spaces or one combined event space to provide one large ballroom, ideal for weddings, large conferences, or dinner events. It features high-quality audio-visual options, including built-in projectors, screens, and on-site car parking for guests.

Kingston

Kingston is the second largest Townsville event space, with direct access to the stunning function centre lobby. This meeting room offers flexible setup options, access to state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, and creative catering options. Whether you are after a conference room, cocktail party, or wedding reception, this space is sure to impress! Kingston can be combined with Savoy or Raffles to provide a larger event space or multiple break-out areas.

Portside

Portside is a stylish meeting room featuring abundant natural light and individually controlled heating and cooling. It overlooks the picturesque pool, Poolside Garden, and the nearby Southbank port. This self-contained venue offers a private off-street entry, a fully equipped bar, and designated bathrooms.

Raffles

Raffles is a grant-funded meeting space with direct access to the stunning Grand Ballroom foyer. This meeting space offers flexible setup options, access to state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, and creative catering options. Whether you are after a conference room, cocktail party, or wedding reception, this space is sure to impress! Raffles can be combined with Kingston or Savoy rooms to provide larger event space or multiple break-out areas.
